It is commonly used in plastic molding to improve the dispersion of pigments.

However, if I explain it this way, it may be difficult to understand the exact meaning, so let me provide a simpler explanation!

Masterbatch is used in various industries, especially in the plastic industry.

In order to make a plastic product, it consists of extrusion using plastic resin (PE, PP, PET, PVC), which is a pressure stamping method, and injection method by injecting liquid plastic material into a pre-processed frame to complete the unique color (colorless) product of plastic resin.

Therefore, a masterbatch is required to color this plastic product.

In addition, for the durability of plastic products, you may need a flame-resistant flame-retardant masterbatch, or you may use the required masterbatch depending on the purpose of use.
